Classically, DLBCL is diagnosed based on the following characteristics: diffuse collections of lymphoid cells; immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining of pertinent B-cell markers such as PAX5, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD30, and CD79; and presence of EBV+ RNAs [10].
