In our model, dozens of known host genes that associated with innate immunity and response to viral infections, such as MX1/2, ISG15, IFIT1, DDX58/60, IFI44L, IFI44, OAS3, STAT1, POLB, BANF1, TRIM28, LOC703156, MED1, PUM2, VPS26B, MRC1, CD59, NPLOC4 and S100A14/A8, were greatly changed. This evidence concerns the gene PUM2 and viral infectious disease.
