KRAS and neoplasm: GSEA showed that the high-risk group was associated with a variety of pathways related to tumor development, such as angiogenesis, epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT), glycolysis, hypoxia, and the TGF beta signaling pathway (Figure 5G), while the low-risk group was mainly enriched in IL2-STAT5 signaling, KRAS signaling, metabolism-related pathways, and others (Figure 5H).
