In multivariable linear regression analyses assessing for associations between CSF biomarkers (Aβ42, p-tau, p-tau/Aβ42, IL-6, IL-10, and NfL) and ESS scores, adjusted for age, sex, APOε4 genotype status, BMI, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and prior OSA diagnosis; we found significant associations between CSF IL-6 and NfL levels with ESS scores. The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
