In our migraine group, CD4 + T cells were significantly lower(64 ± 5.45 vs. 70.6 ± 8.92) (p = 0.035) and CD8 + T cells were slightly higher (p = 0.3) in the migraine group compared with the control group (Table 4 and Fig. 2). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and migraine disorder.
