Knockdown of MIR99AHG by ASOs significantly reduced the intracellular Mtb growth in IL-4/IL-13 stimulated macrophages at 72 h post Mtb HN878 infection (Fig. 3D) but did not change the phagocytic ability of macrophages to uptake Mtb at 4 h postinfection.
