ERBB2 and metastasis: The patients in clinical trials previously received up to two lines of treatment in recurrent and/or metastatic settings, whereas, in the present study, 47.7% of patients were previously treated with at least three lines of treatment, 97.6% of the patients received anti‐HER2 therapy before pyrotinib, 82.0% of the patients suffered from visceral metastasis, and 92.4% of the patients had more than three metastasis foci, thereby showing a more complex and intractable population.
