To explore the key factors that participate in regulating the immune microenvironment and deteriorating immune dysfunction in obese patients, we screened out the top 10 hub genes including IL6, CCL19, CXCL8, CXCL12, CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CXCL2, IL1B, and CXCL1 (Figure 5(b)) and analysed their correlation with immune infiltration in AT.
