MAPK14 and pancreatic neoplasm: We observed that the levels of UCP1 expression and p38 phosphorylation in iWAT (p < 0.01, p < 0.001) and vWAT (p < 0.001, p < 0.001) of mice with pancreatic cancer were significantly increased (Supplementary Figure S1D, Figure 2F), compared to those obtained from the control animals.
