In the TWAS analysis, we also found multiple candidate genes significantly associated with PTSD, such as RIMS2, CHMP1A, SIRT5, GLO1, MADD, AKAP9, PLXNA4, etc. Previous studies have identified these genes as being involved in nervous system function or constituting risk genes for neurological diseases. The gene discussed is CHMP1A; the disease is nervous system disorder.
