Interestingly, six cancer-hallmark genes were found to be significantly downregulated in the EV-RNA samples from the R0 group (Figure 4C): ASPSCR1 (L2FC = −1.3, adj-p = 0.004), CIC (L2FC = −1.0, adj-p = 0.006), BCL9L (L2FC = −1.1, adj-p = 0.005), NOTCH1 (L2FC = −1.1, adj-p = 0.01), FGFR3 (L2FC = −1.2, adj-p = 0.004), and JAG2 (L2FC = −1.2, adj-p = 0.005). Here, NOTCH1 is linked to cancer.
