NPM1 and acute myeloid leukemia: Univariable analyses of risk factors for progression and death were carried out, including age (≥65 years versus <65 years), blood count parameters (hemoglobin level and neutrophil and platelet count), bone marrow blasts percentage (<30%, 30–50%, and >50%), de novo versus secondary AML, gene mutations (FLT3-ITD/TKD, NPM1, and biallelic CEBPA), number of venetoclax cycles (<2 versus ≥2), complex karyotype, ELN risk stratification (adverse versus intermediate/favorable), and prior HMA treatment.
