SRSF1 and acute myeloid leukemia: This analysis revealed 34 differentially expressed proteins, of which 16 (47%) were expressed at lower levels in the AML-SCs and 18 (53%) were present at higher levels (Figure 2b, Table S4), the latter including 10 kDA heat shock protein, mitochondrial (HSPE1), serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1 (SRSF1), and nucleopore membrane glycoprotein NUP210 (Table S4).
