To see if inhibiting MAGED2 decreased the proliferation of glioma in vivo, human U251-MG cells were subcutaneously implanted into the bilateral flanks of immunodeficient athymic Balb/c nude mice (4 weeks) using MAGED2 CRISPR or Scramble CRISPR steadily transfected cells. The gene discussed is MAGED2; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
