Neural stem cells (NSCs) are now an effective therapeutic method for PD; miR-204-5p was found to increase in the course of NSCs differentiating into both neuron and astrocyte cells, as well as the repression of lncRNA ADNCR and TCF3, suggesting that lncRNA ADNCR may act as a sponge for miR-204-5p to regulate NSC differentiation by regulating TCF3 expression [191] (Table 4) (Figure 6).
