HLA-DRB1 and myeloid sarcoma: Logistic regression analysis revealed an association of the rs3865444:C>A substitution with a reduced risk of MS in the HLA-DRB1*15:01-positive subpopulation under codominant (p = 0.028, OR = 0.64, 95% CI = 0.44–0.95), dominant (p = 0.040, OR = 0.68, 95% CI = 0.47–0.98), and over-dominant models (p = 0.031, OR = 0.66, 95% CI = 0.46–0.96), while no significant effect of rs3865444 on MS risk was found in the subpopulation negative for the HLA-DRB1*15:01 allele (Table 3).
