In particular, a Student’s t-test analysis, by applying a 0.05 cutoff on the Benjamini–Hochberg-corrected p-values, showed that the expressions of MIR646 (p < 0.05), lnc-C2orf84-1 (p < 0.05), lnc-C00665 (p < 0.001), lnc-C20orf197-3 (p < 0.001), NOS3 (p < 0.05), ZNF883 (p < 0.001), CD19 (p < 0.05) and SFN (p < 0.05) were upregulated and that those of GSC (p < 0.05), lnc-C15orf57 (p < 0.001), NDRG2 (p < 0.001) and SORBS1 (p < 0.05) were downregulated in SoS patients. This evidence concerns the gene CCDC32 and spondylo-ocular syndrome.
