TNF and rheumatoid arthritis: Among the other four licensed anti-TNF inhibitors approved for the treatment of RA, PsA and axSpA (adalimumab, infliximab, etanercept and certolizumab pegol), golimumab (GLM) has also been shown to be effective in RA [11], PsA [12], ankylosing spondylitis (AS) [13], and non-radiographic axSpA [14,15] from randomized clinical trials (RCTs).
