To decipher the influence of the lymphoma-infiltrating immune cells on the chemokine receptor expression profiles, we analyzed the intratumoral T-cells (CD3+), T helper (CD3+CD4+), and cytotoxic T (CD3+CD8+) subpopulations determined by multicolor-immunofluorescence staining (n = 20), as well as the macrophages (CD68+) by immunohistochemistry (IHC) (n = 31) on selected cases, which were used for the mRNA expression profiling, as shown in Table 1 and Figures S2 and S3 (Supplementary Materials). The gene discussed is CD68; the disease is lymphoma.
