Iomab-B, an anti-CD45 antibody conjugated to 131I, was studied in combination with a reduced-intensity conditioning (RIC) regimen of fludarabine (FLU) plus total body irradiation (TBI) in R/R AML patients over 50 years in a phase I clinical trial (NCT00008177) in order to estimate the maximum tolerated dose [33]. This evidence concerns the gene PTPRC and acute myeloid leukemia.
