Additionally, the ATIC rs4673990 A/G genotype was 4.5 times more likely to develop RA under codominant comparison (OR = 4.5, 95% CI = 2.35 to 8.7, p < 0.001) and 2.2 times more likely to develop RA under over-dominant comparison (OR = 2.24, 95% CI = 1.22–4.11, p = 0.008), while the G/G genotype was 0.34 times more likely to protect against RA under recessive comparison (OR = 0.34, 95% CI = 0.16 to 0.7, p = 0.004) (Table 4).
