In malignant gliomas, several clinical trials targeting disialgoganglioside 2 (GD2) [33], interleukin 13 receptor subunit alpha 2 (IL13Ra2), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her2), B7 homolog 3 (B7-H3), epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvIII), CD133, CD147, ephrin type-A receptor 2 (EphA2) or chlorotoxin [31], are recruiting or have been conducted [31]. This evidence concerns the gene EPHA2 and malignant glioma.
