DSCAM and endometrial cancer: In our initial in silico analyses, by means of the “R2: Genomics Analysis and Visualization Platform” (http://r2.amc.nl), we first compared DSCAM-AS1 expression in normal endometrium using open-source data (GEO ID: GSE51981) and endometrial cancer tissue (GEO ID: GSE2109), both generated with GeneChipTM Human Genome U133 plus 2.0 Arrays (Affymetrix).
