HAVCR1 and glomerulosclerosis: Quantitative histological analysis of KIM-1 positive staining showed significantly decreased KIM-1 proportional area in the semaglutide-treated group compared to vehicle controls (0.3 ± 0.1 vs. 1.4 ± 0.4%, p < 0.001), while no significant difference was observed with combined semaglutide + lisinopril treatment (1.5 ± 0.7, p > 0.05), see Figure 5E.
