That HH-PCOS patients in the study, however, represented well previously outlined characteristics of the HH-PCOS diagnosis, was demonstrated by a significantly higher DHEA/DHEA-S ratio in HH-PCOS patients (2.6 ± 1.0 vs. 1.6 ± 1.9 ± 0.8; p = 0.0128) and significantly higher AMH values in HH-PCOS (2.0 ± 1.5 vs. 0.7 ± 0.7 ng/mL; p < 0.0001), confirming their higher FOR.
