REN and inflammatory bowel disease: The KEGG [45,46,47,49] pathway analysis (https://www.kegg.jp/kegg/kegg1.html, accessed on 5 May 2020) displayed that the most up- or downregulated DEGs in the IBD intestinal organoids and tumor enteroids were involved in metabolic pathways related to nitrogen metabolism (CA1), glutathione metabolism, renin–angiotensin system, hematopoietic cell lineage (ANPEP/LOC112653425), primary bile acid biosynthesis, taurine and hypotaurine metabolism, biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, peroxisome, and bile secretion (BAAT).
