The clinical phase of the study included four patients, one of which was affected by multiple myeloma and not directly of interest for our review.Patient n.1 had CD30+ aggressive T-cell lymphoma and metachronous non-small-cell lung cancer; patient n.2 had relapsed DLBCL; patient n.3 was affected by chronic lymphocytic leukemia and suspect transformation into aggressive B-cell lymphoma. The gene discussed is TNFRSF8; the disease is AL amyloidosis.
