The RNA-seq data of surgical breast cancer specimens (basal-like PANX1 high: n = 6; basal-like PANX1 low: n = 6; Luminal subtype: n = 3) suggested a higher expression of ENTPD1 and NT5E in the basal-like PANX1-high group compared to basal-like PANX1-low and Luminal group (p < 0.05) (Figure 2C). This evidence concerns the gene ENTPD1 and breast carcinoma.
