TP53 and osteoporosis: They mainly act by triggering oxidative stress that, at the cellular level, expresses a wide spectrum of responses, ranging from proliferation to the growth of osteoclast cells, differentiation arrest of osteoblast cells, senescence, cell death by activating major signaling pathway (NF) kB, nitrogen-activated protein kinases, p53, and heat shock factor, with the ultimate occurrence of osteoporosis [40,41].
