Transduction titers of amphotropic MLV-based vector in HeLa/FAT10, HeLa/IDO1, and HeLa/IFI6 cells were also lower than those in HeLa/empty cells (Figure 2B), which shows that FAT10, IDO1, and IFI6 inhibit MLV-based vector infection as well as HIV-1-based vector infection.
