As shown in Figure 1, there were significant and positive associations between specific plasma ceramide levels [i.e., plasma Cer(d18:1/16:0), Cer(d18:1/18:0), Cer(d18:1/20:0) and Cer(d18:1/24:1)] and plasma LRG1 concentrations in the whole sample of postmenopausal women with T2DM.
