Recent efforts in understanding the role of chaperones in DDR have included large-scale proteomics analysis, such as that of Li et al., which examined the abundance of proteins in 5637 bladder cancer cells after treatment with the Hsp90 inhibitors ganetespib (STA9090), or luminespib (AUY-922) [25]. This evidence concerns the gene HSP90AB1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
