Furthermore, inhibition of ATG9B also impeded ASCL2‐mediated elevation of colony formation and self‐renewal abilities (Figure 4H–K), which implied that in addition to autophagy, ASCL2 also regulated the stemness phenotype in an ATG9B‐dependent manner, it was also verified in primary glioma stem cells (Figure S5A–C, Supporting Information).
