CD274 and neoplasm: Studies have shown that m6A modification is closely related to the tumour microenvironment and PD-L1 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma [11–14], and prognostic models of m6A-related lncRNAs can be used to predict the overall survival of patients with various tumours [15–20], but the clinical application and immunotherapy effect of m6A-related lncRNAs in the prognosis of gastric cancer are still unclear.
