When studying the antitumor activity of DSL, LT and cyclophosphamide (CP) (positive control) using the model of the ascetic variant of Ehrlich’s tumor, it was shown that CP at a dose of 100 mg/kg with a single intraperitoneal injection increased the average life expectancy by 6.2% compared with the control. The gene discussed is CP; the disease is Ehrlich tumor carcinoma.
