Differences between ER/PR-negative and ER/PR-positive breast cancer were identified in the content of calcium (−10.0 and 0.0%), sodium (−2.2 and −11.4%), and MDA (+25, 6 and +6.4%), as well as the activity of ALP (+31.0% and +13.8%) and peroxidase (+57.5 and +17.8% for ER/PR-negative and ER/PR-positive breast cancer respectively.
