The international phase III, double-blinded, multi-center OlympiA clinical trial [10] assessed the role of adjuvant olaparib therapy in patients with germline BRCA1/2 mutations and high-risk HER-2-negative breast cancer (defined as having lymph node involvement or tumor size greater than 2.0 cm if not treated with neoadjuvant therapy, or the presence of residual disease if treated with neoadjuvant therapy). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast carcinoma.
