From our primary study, it was indicated that NLR, CD3+CD4+CD279+, CD3+CD4+CD28+, and CD3+CD8+CD45RO+CD62L+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood, and the mutations of TP53, ARID1A, TMB, and 11q13 could predict the efficacy of immuno-targeted combination therapy for patients with advanced HCC. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and hepatocellular carcinoma.
