Regarding the relationship between BCYRN1 expression and prognosis, in the GEPIA cohort, 33 malignancies in 4,740 patients were divided into high and low expression groups according to the median value, and the survival curve showed that upregulation of BCYRN1 expression was associated with deterioration of OS ((HR = 1.3, log rank p < 0.05)) and DFS (HR = 1.2, log rank p < 0.05; Figure 9), which confirmed the results of our meta-analysis. The gene discussed is BCYRN1; the disease is cancer.
