According to the results, most genes were favorable prognostic factors for CM patients, while PLK1 (HR = 1.225, P value = 0.003), HSPA4 (HR = 1.215, P value = 0.041), USP22 (HR = 1.204, P value = 0.045), and TSC1 (HR = 1.297, P value = 0.016) were associated with adverse effects on the survival of patients with CM.
