Based on the network pharmacology tools that are used to investigate the molecular mechanism of Cordyceps for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN), seven active ingredients were screened from Cordyceps, 293 putative target genes were identified, and 85 overlapping targets matching DN were identified as potential therapeutic targets, such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF), mitogen-activated protein kinase 1, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), angiotensin-converting enzyme, and Caspase-9. The gene discussed is MAP3K1; the disease is liver dysplastic nodule.
