Univariate analyses revealed that poor TFS in patients with NSCLC was correlated with local lymph node metastasis (p = 0.006), TNM stage (p = 0.002), high plasma TP73‐AS1 (p < 0.001), and CRNDE levels (p < 0.001), as well as high serum CEA (p = 0.009) and CYFRA21‐1 levels (p = 0.015; Table S9). This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
