We found that the proportion of CaMK4+ cells and the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of CaMK4 were both higher in peripheral T cell subsets (CD4+, CD8+, and double-negative (DN) cells) and CD14+ monocytes from patients with psoriasis than in those from healthy controls (Fig. 1c and Supplementary Fig. 1c). This evidence concerns the gene CAMK4 and psoriasis.
