We found 14 KEGG pathways to be overrepresented: circadian entrainment, oxytocin signalling pathway, axon guidance, calcium signalling, cAMP signalling, cortisol synthesis and secretion, cushing syndrome, gastric acid secretion, glutamatergic synapse, mucin type O-glycan biosynthesis, inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels, PD-L1 expression and the PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, tight junction, and the Wnt signalling pathway (Supplementary file 5, Figure 4—figure supplement 2 and Figure 4—figure supplement 3). The gene discussed is RPL17; the disease is cancer.
