To measure whether these effects were associated with MR, spinal cords from the cevimeline (5 mg/kg)+clemastine rats were analyzed by immunoblotting the p-ERK1/2 protein level, and the p-ERK1/2 intensity (Figures 3A,B) was downregulated significantly as compared to the clemastine (10 mg/kg) group [t (8) = 6.119, p = 0.0003].
