SLC6A14 and gastric cancer: As expected, SLC6A14 depletion with the treatment of α-MT and LV-pTZU-SLC6A14 plasmid both remarkably restrained the migratory and invasiveness ability of GC cells, but SLC6A14 overexpression via the transfection of LV-pcDNA3.1-SLC6A14 plasmid distinctly increased the number of migrated and invasive GC cells (Figures 3(a)–3(c)).
