CD4 and breast cancer: By further analysis of gene-expression signatures, 16 clusters were exactly identified as 16 cell types and then renamed as fibroblast, mesenchymal stem cell (MSC), SMC, EC1, EC2, LEC, CD4 positive T cell (CD4+TC), CD8 positive T cell (CD8+TC), natural killer cell (NKC), BC, mast, mDC, pDC, CLEC9A + DC, M1-like macrophage (m1Maph) and M2-like macrophage (m2Maph) clusters, respectively.
