In summary, We first identified FOXS1 as an oncogene that promotes CRC proliferation, migration, invasion, and metastasis through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway; the findings of this study may have important implications for the screening of meaningful predictive markers for CRC, and FOXS1 may be a new therapeutic target for CRC patients. Here, FOXS1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
