FOXP3 and neoplasm: The histology was characterized by: (1) infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes within the tumor that increased abundantly in number as G47∆ injections were repeated; and (2) a low number of Foxp3+ cells that remained so despite repeated G47∆ injections (Figs. 2c and 3b and Supplementary Fig. 1).
