After adjusting for age, NT-proBNP, serum creatinine, FT3, FT4, and other risk factors, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of TSH was an independent risk factor for atrial fibrillation in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and had predictive value for the prognosis of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
